2022 Resort Report

The annual Resort Report analyzes real estate data for homes in several top winter resort markets across several regions, including Aspen.

The results of 2021 clearly indicate that no matter the location, buyer demand is continuing to go up, and with limited inventory in most areas, sellers will continue to be in an optimal position as we head into 2022. 

Top 10 U.S. Winter Resort Real Estate Markets

According to ATTOM and ZRankings' analysis, home sellers in nearly half of counties analyzed more than doubled their investment in five years. Investment returns in 9 out of the 10 counties analyzed topped national home seller ROI in 2021. Pitkin County, CO, home to Aspen Snowmass, fetched the highest median home sales price in 2021.
