Despite some notable additions of new properties, it's crucial to note that the inventory remains historically low. To provide a comprehensive understanding, we've conducted a thorough analysis considering factors such as price point, area, and property type. Based on the absorption rates for each sector, we have made educated estimations on what will happen with pricing if supply and demand levels remain the same.
