Sarah’s proven sales record has earned not only her client’s loyalty, but a number of professional distinctions including ranking in the top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide by Real Trends from 2020-2023 and the Top 2% of the Aspen MLS from 2020-2023. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, Sarah moved to Aspen in 2005 and became a Realtor in 2007. She came here with a passion for the outdoor lifestyle, but there are a few things she didn’t leave behind: her strongly instilled work ethic, welcoming nature, and professional tenacity.

Sarah lives in Snowmass Village with her husband Will, daughter Ellis, and her dog Truman. Believing that each of us has a part in shaping the community we live in, Sarah currently serves on the Board of Directors and is Chair of the Development Committee for LIFT-UP. She is also a member of Snowmass Rotary. Her past service includes President of the Board at the Little Red School House, Board Member of Meadow Ranch, and volunteer service for Roaring Fork Hospice and the Aspen Homeless Shelter. She and her husband manage a donor advisory fund which helps support philanthropies in the communities they have been privileged to call home including The ETHS Foundation, UW Alumni Association, the Little Red School House, Aspen Youth Center, Aspen Valley Ski and Snowboard Club, and LIFT-UP.

Since relocating to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2004, Will has built his business as a Broker Associate first as the Luxury Rental Director at Frias Properties, and now continues to expand his scope and reach with Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty. 

Will got his start locally with his inception of a luxury rental department at Frias Properties — building it from the ground up. Learning the business from this perspective has enabled him to have a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and nuances of the often-complex Aspen Snowmass real estate market. In return, his buyers, sellers, and renters alike receive personalized, unparalleled advice as well as in-depth financial analysis — empowering them to make the most informed of decisions when considering a home here. With an impressive database through years of networking, Will is constantly in contact with buyers and sellers alike. As a result, he’s consistently ranked a top-performing broker in the Roaring Fork Valley. In 2020, Will brokered over $72 million in sales becoming one of the top producing brokers in Aspen Snowmass Sotheby’s and among the top 20 brokers in the Roaring fork Valley in 2020, amongst more than 1000 licensed realtors. Prior to landing in paradise, Will had a career in Boston with Morgan Stanley as a private wealth manager. Following the dot-com crash and the devastating 9/11 attacks, Will headed straight for ski country to transfer his finance skills to one of the most exciting real estate markets in the world. Will Burggraf is originally from Croton-on-Hudson in Westchester, New York. His results-oriented drive and competitive edge comes from playing college football at Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where he received a BA in economics and was president of the Sigma Chi fraternity’s AA Chapter. With a studio arts minor focusing on architecture, Will has continued to develop his expert eye for design when it comes to adding to his personal real estate portfolio and considering investment properties and remodel opportunities for his clients.
